Our Policy

Our business policy

To our Valued Clients:
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. If you contact our customer care agents please allow us 24 hours to respond to you. All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.

Cancellation Policy for our Valued Clients:
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for other clients to receive services. A deposit is required to book all services at Fanty Beauty Wellness. If the deposit is not paid you are not booked and will not receive a confirmation email or reminder and that time slot can be booked by someone else. Deposit are nonrefundable  or transferable. Cancellations must be given within 48 hours of scheduled appointment.

For parties/groups, a THREE day cancellation notice is required. The deposit will become NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE.

This policy allows others to enjoy our services, as well as recognizing the value of the time of our spa technicians.

Refund Policy: 
Refund policy not applicable for Groupon customers. ALL treatments, memberships, and packages, are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.  Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered. We would offer to fix any issues instead. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Special Consideration: Please inform your technician of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking, or any notable changes since your last treatment.

~Booking Disclaimer: Please use valid phone number and email address when booking appointments. This will assure you are receiving proper notification about appointments and our special promotions. If by any chance you do not receive a confirmation email, you do not have an appointment. Your appointment is not booked until we have received full payment for services. By booking your appointment and paying for your services in full , you are agreeing to your understanding of ALL of our terms and policies.

Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are [Non-refundable]
IF YOU DOT NOT REACH OUT 24 HOURS BEFORE APPT TIME. THE CARD USED FOR DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED REMAINING BALANCE.
ALL Packages & Classes remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY or Cherry Financing!
Remaining balance for 1 service can be paid in cash or zelle. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE YOU WILL STILL GET SERVICED HOWEVER SERVICE WILL BE SHORTENED SO BE ON TIME! For cancellations & rescheduling please contact us via email at (support@fantybeautyandwellness.com) 24 hours prior to appointment time. One time only rescheduling allowed for appointments. No email, no show, forfeit deposit. Same day cancellation forfeits deposit & will need to make a brand new appt. with brand new deposit. All Classes are Non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled if missed! So we encourage you to please check your schedule & availability before booking.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

~ Due to Covid 19 we are unable to exchange any merchandise or products. Please pay attention to size charts and product labels. All sales are final.
~ Fanty Beauty Wellness will inspect all items and product before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. 

~ All sales are final on  all meal plans, waist trainers, subscription boxes, slimming creams, fat burners, detox items, and feminine  products.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping generally takes 7  to 14  business days to arrive after we process your order and the payment processes successfully.  Payments for orders normally take 3 to 5 business days to process and clear. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are home to receive their items. If  the package is damaged upon arrival we ask that you contact us immediately.  After careful consideration we will determine if the error was due to a mishap or mishandling by our company.  If it is due to our company mishandling we will arrange a store credit.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS.WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO NATURAL DISASTERS OR ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.

Privacy Policy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of our staff. Classes

ALL CLASSES REQUIRE A $500 (non-refundable online deposit) that will be applied to the remaining payment on the first day of class.
Classes cannot be rescheduled, so please double-check your personal availability before enrolling.
If you need to cancel and want to reschedule/rebook your class, you must pay another deposit.
The remaining cost for classes is required in CASH ONLY upon arrival with a signed agreement. There are No Exceptions!

NOTE:

All classes are available to licensed medical professionals only LPN, RN, NP or MD only. If class is booked without proper credentials no refunds will be given. Credentials must be emailed to fantoya@fantybeautyandwellnes.com
