Refill appointments.

To keep your eyelash extensions in good condition, plan refill sessions every 2 to 3 weeks. Our maximum time restriction for refills is four weeks; anything longer is considered a complete set. Even if you still have a lot of lashes after 4 weeks, the most of them will have grown out and need to be removed.

Eye makeup and contact lenses

Please ensure that your lashes are clean and free of eye makeup before your consultation. If your lashes need to be cleaned during your session, you will have less time to apply fresh lashes. It is also possible that your lashes will not stay as long if there is make-up residue on them. We also ask that you remove your contact lenses before any eyelash treatments, although they can be reinserted immediately afterward.

Book with confidence knowing that each treatment is completely guaranteed within the first 7 days after your appointment or we will correct it. Conditions: You must have followed the aftercare recommendations and contacted us within seven days after your previous consultation.
