1) Membership Overview
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the Beauty Boss Club Membership offered by Fanty Beauty Wellness. This program provides exclusive pricing and benefits in exchange for a recurring monthly fee. Membership is intended for individual use and is non-transferable.
2) Membership Fee
The member agrees to pay $59.00 per month, which will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
3) Duration & Billing
This agreement includes a 6-month minimum commitment from the date of enrollment. After the 6-month term, the membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled. The member’s credit or debit card will be auto-charged $59/month on the same day each month.
4) Cancellation Policy
Memberships may be canceled at any time after the 6-month commitment by providing written notice at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made before the 6-month term may result in early termination fees.
5) Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable. Unused discounts or offers do not roll over to subsequent months. Services not rendered due to provider availability will be rescheduled at the earliest possible convenience.
6) Legal Disclosures (Georgia Health Spa Act)
This agreement complies with the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act and the Georgia Health Spa Act regarding prepaid services. A copy of this contract will be submitted to the Georgia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division for compliance. You may cancel this contract without penalty within seven (7) business days of signing by submitting written notice to Fanty Beauty Wellness
